Originally from Roseboro, in Eastern North Carolina. Lorenza served faithfully in the United States Airforce Reserve from 1999 to 2005. His tours of Duty included the tranquil country sides of Spain, the hillsides throughout south France and other parts of Europe. He attended and graduated Mingle School of Real Estate in 2005 and joined the ranks of Keller Williams Realty. Throughout his career, Lorenza specialized in a variety of Real Estate needs such as but not limited to Residential, Estate Sales, Disposition of Real Estate as a result of divorce, Relocation, Short Sales, Distressed Properties and much more. Lorenza moved to Charlotte, NC in 2004. He is originally from Roseboro, North Carolina and attended East Carolina University majoring in Business Administration. In 2001, He was called to serve his country in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. While serving in the United States Airforce, he worked as a Crew Chief for the KC-135 Air Refueling Tankers. After rising through the ranks as an E-5/Non-Commissioned Officer, he was honorably discharged. After obtaining his North Carolina Real Estate license from Mingle School of Real Estate, Charlotte, NC he joined ranks with Keller Williams Realty. He has a proven track record in performance and client satisfaction and excels in the art of negotiations. Lorenza serves buyers, sellers, and investors in the Charlotte Metro Area. As a REALTOR, at Keller Williams, he has had advanced training which include real estate law, new construction, appraisals, finance, and marketing, etc. Annually he attends continual education, seminars, and training sessions to always keep him one step amongst the rest. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, cooking, and riding his Motorcycle.
